Phase 4: Day-to-day management of an incubator

Brief description

Training in day-to-day management will familiarise the TBI key managements with all issues of the management of TBIs. Within the training the participants will solve various tasks in team work.
Day-to-day management means, e.g.:

Marketing of the incubator-services
Selection and identification of business projects
Contracting, pricing of TBI services
Customer relation management
Financing and accounting
Staff management
Human resources development for incubator staff
Building up an effective network
Promoting the concept of business incubation
