1 Central training, 2 days; 2 Decentral workshops, 2 days each; regional coaching, plus 4 Decentral workshops, à 1-3 days, plus 3 Round table meetings, à 1-3 days, plus eCoaching via email

Brief description

Setting up a business plan for the TBIs is important to ensure sustainability of TBI projects. The TBI set-up teams will be trained in all aspects related to the development of a business plan for the TBIs.

Approaching and selecting clients
Contracting and pricing of TBI services
Organisation; Staffing
Financial planning of revenues, costs, cash-flow (period of 5 years)

Additionally, upon request and necessity further trainings and meetings have been introduced:

Decentral workshops to get the business plans of the new pilot TBI from HHTP ready
Round table meetings for supervision and coaching of the business plans’ progress for the two pilot TBI teams from the South
eCoaching on the financial projections that are part of the financial planning of the TBI business plan is provided by email
