Brief description

According to the UNIDO Manual “Practical Guidelines for Business Incubation Systems” there are four phases in a programme of work for setting up an incubator. Phases 2-4 are covered by this project.
Purpose of the development phase (Phase 2) is to determine the feasibility of establishing a business incubator, in this case the technology business incubator, and to identify basic features of its design.
Participants will be introduced to the different steps to be undertaken in the development phase as part of the feasibility study. They will be trained in:

• Methods, analytical instruments for feasibility studies
• Structure and elements
• Defining a time and work frame

• Decentral workshops to get the feasibility study from the new pilot TBI from HHTP on the way
• Round table meetings for supervision and coaching of the feasibility studies’ progress

• Pilot TBI set-up teams
• Open to interested participants from other regions/ organisations throughout the country
