The set-up of a network of Vietnamese incubators and technology- and science parks is to ensure a better representation of issues such as business incubation, entrepreneurship, innovation, technology transfer at national and international organisations. It is meant as one effective means to realise multiplier effects, and subsequently to ensure the sustainability of the current and future TBI projects. Key event will be a seminar on international networking giving a survey of successful networks in Asia, Europe and the US.

The Vietnamese network will be presented as part of the project website. After the end of the project in March 2006 it is envisaged to transfer the current project website into the homepage of the Vietnamese incubators and technology- and science parks network.

A Thai-Vietnamese work group will be initiated to ensure exchange between the two networks that will be established in Viet Nam and in Thailand
