The implementation phase of 3 pilot TBIs starts within the duration of the project and lasts on average 1-3 years. Main issues during this period covered by the project are:

• selection of a key management for each TBI
• training of the TBI management in day-to-day-management of an incubator
• setting-up consulting and coaching services for technology-based start-ups and SMEs
• identification of innovative business projects
• initiation of pilot activities for promoting entrepreneurship
• business plan support for selected companies
