This measure will promote exchange of experiences and close cross-border cooperation between the 3 pilot TBIs in Viet Nam and the 4 Thai pilot TBIs, and between the cooperation partners of InWEnt, the Vietnamese MOST and the Thai NSTDA. A visit of the Thai counterparts including the pilot TBIs and other relevant organisation and a staff exchange programme (SEP) are part of the measure.
