Hoa Lac High-Tech Business Incubator, Hoa Lac High-Tech Park

Hoa Lac High-Tech Park is based on the initiative of MOST. HHTP is the first high-tech park in Vietnam. It is located 30km west of Hanoi in Ha Tay Province. The park has a size of 1.650 ha. and is divided into zones for high-tech industry, R&D and training, etc.
The HBI-Team stepped into the project at a later stage (August 2005), and is currently investigating the feasibility. However, it is vital that this is done, now, because there are already existing premises at HHTP which stand empty and could be used for HBI’s first incubatees. The building that could be used has a size of 300 sqm. It will be a critical issue of the feasibility study to find out whether it is possible to attract prospect entrepreneurs there as incubatees.
