Brief description

People with promising technology-based business ideas which are adequate for being potential future incubator companies or customers of the TBIs will be trained to elaborate a business plan. This will enable them to develop a structure for the realisation of their business idea, to present their business idea to banks as well as checking the own abilities to create a company. In the long run the business plan may be an orientation for the mid-term planning of the business. Important issues are:
  • Market analysis
  • Products and/ or services
  • Marketing and sales strategy
  • Company organisation and staffing
  • Legal form
  • Turnover planning
  • Cost planning
  • Financing
