Brief description

The training in "Consulting, coaching of new business start-ups and SMEs" will enable the TBI-management and - consul-
tants to understand the key problems of start-ups and SMEs. A special focus will be on how to support:
  • Business plan development
  • Presentation of a business idea at financial donors
  • Marketing with marketing concept
  • Financing

Training in International markets for young SMEs will help new companies to analyse their chances to do export, to analyse potential export-markets, to identify products with a potential for export and to find potential partners abroad.
