Brief description

Training in day-to-day management will familiarise the TBI key managements with all issues of the management of TBIs. Within the training the participants will solve various tasks in team work.Day-to-day management means, e.g.:
  • Marketing of the incubator-services
  • Selection and identification of business projects
  • Contracting, pricing of TBI services
  • Customer relation management
  • Financing and accounting
  • Staff management
  • Human resources development for incubator staff
  • Building up an effective network
  • Promoting the concept of business incubation
