Implementation of a TBI / Selection of TBI key management

Rescheduled: 4 Regional trainings with coaching à 2.5 - 3 days

Brief description

At the implementation phase of the TBIs the NSTDA, the TBI teams and the managements will receive training and supervision in the following topics:

Legal status of TBI
Organisational framework
Development of the premises and infrastructure
Formation of a management team that establishes the incubator

Also, a training in all issues of selecting the TBI key manage-ments will provide the TBI teams and NSTDA staff with the required skills to organise the recruitment procedure for the defined job positions in each pilot TBI:

Elaboration of job descriptions for the individual job positions
Assessment of applications
Conducting job interviews
