Brief description

Purpose of the development phase is to determine the feasibility of establishing a business incubator, in this case the technology business incubator, and to identify basic features of its design.
Participants will be introduced the different steps to be undertaken in the development phase as part of the feasibility study. The will be trained in:

• Methods, analytical instruments for feasibility studies
• Structure and elements
• Defining a time and work frame

The NSTDA core team will participate in the training for the TBI teams, as they will closely collaborate with these teams in investigating the feasibility of the proposed projects. Working in work groups will start the development phase for each project.
