Key expert business incubators, SME development; training manager, trainer

Franz Dietrich is managing director and founder of EXPERPLAN GmbH. He holds a university degree in business administration. Main focus of his international activities is counselling the planning of innovation infrastructures (technology and business incubators, technology/ innovation parks and centres) and the provision of related services (e.g. start-up consulting, business planning, strategy development). He is an experienced trainer and has developed and run several trainings related to business incubation and entrepreneurship, among them trainings within the forerunner project "Mechanisms of technology cooperation for the countries Thailand and Vietnam". As project leader Franz Dietrich has the overall responsibility for the project team and for all project related activities and will be directly available as contact on site. In particular, he will be available for questions on business planning for incubators and business start-ups, on how to run business incubators and to provide high quality services to customers.
