The German organization InWEnt - "Internationale Weiterbildung und Entwicklung gemeinnützige GmbH" (Capacity Building International, Germany ) is involved in international human resources development, advanced training and dialogue.

InWEnt emerged from "Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft e.V". and the "German Foundation for International Development", which have decades of experience in international cooperation. Participants in the programmes and trainings of InWEnt are experts, managers and decision-makers from business and industry, politics, public administration and civil society from all over the world.

InWEnt aims at supporting sustainable social, economic and ecological development all over the world by providing junior managers and executives with long-term sectoral and regional advanced training projects, training in enterprises and institutions, individual internships around the world, workshops, and seminars of several weeks or months.

InWEnt´s activities are financed by the Federal German Government, European Union, multilateral institutions like the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and World Trade Organization, United Nations and foundations and enterprises.

Role in the project: InWEnt is implementing this project on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
