The first 3 workshops about FEASIBILITY Studies for Business Incubators

The first 3 workshops will take place in:

• Manila on 22./ 23.October 2007
• Cebu on 25./26. October 2007
• Davao (Mindanao) on 29./30.October 2007

The training will cover the following subjects:

1. Identification of partners of the proposed incubator
2. Analysis of requirements of the future clients of the incubator in context with the existing supply –side (entrepreneurial supporting instruments and mechanisms)
3. Consensus building within local community
4. Funding sources
5. Appropriate incubator model
6. Suitable building

The 2 experts from EXPERPLAN Barbara Harley (USA) and Franz Dietrich (Germany) will provide necessary input (presentations, hand-outs, case-studies and group-work) to enable the trainees in drafting a feasibility study for their individual TBI – projects. After the workshop the experts will support on-going coaching – assistance. A second set of 3 workshop for presenting the draft studies is foreseen for early next year.
