Welcome to our project in the Philippines. It is currently implemented under the programme “BISEA ['bizi] - Business Incubation in Southeast Asia/Philippines”. Aim is to build capacities of selected university-/ science- linked teams in establishing technology business incubators (TBIs) in different areas of the Philippines.

Partners in the Philippine-German co-operation project are InWEnt - Capacity Building International, Germany and the Philippine Department of Science and Technology.
There are parallel projects running in Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia accessible also through this website.
Additionally the project aims to set up a network of TBI in Southeast Asia to share the experiences between the countries. Cambodia will also be part of this network to gain from the experiences made in other countries of the region.
