The first 2 workshops about FEASIBILITY Studies for Business Incubators for INDONESIA

The first 2 workshops will take place in:

• Bandung on 10./ 11.December 2007
• Jogyakarta on 13./14. December 2007

• different aspects of  Business Incubation System (day 1) and
• knowledge, tools and assistance to elaborate a feasibility study (day 2).

Among other the workshop will cover the following subjects:

1. Identification of supporters and stakeholders of the proposed incubator
2. Target – Groups and clients for the incubator
3. Analysis of requirements of the future clients of the incubator in context with the existing supply –side (entrepreneurial supporting instruments and mechanisms)
4. Consensus building within local community
5. Budgeting and funding sources
6. Appropriate incubator model
7. Identification of a suitable incubator building

The 2 experts Barbara Harley (USA) and Franz Dietrich (Germany) will provide necessary input (presentations, hand-outs, case-studies) and initiate group-work to enable the trainees in drafting a feasibility study for their individual TBI – projects. After the workshop the experts will support on-going coaching – assistance during the coming 4-5 month. In May a second set of 2 workshops will be held in Indonesia where the feasibility studies may be presented and evaluated.
